Contact
Email is the only support channel. There is no phone line, no forum and no chat, and we never ask you for a password, a payment detail or a card number — anyone who asks you for those is not us.
Check the answers first
Most questions are already answered on the home page, and you will usually get a fix faster there than by waiting for a reply:
- Restoring a purchase
- Refunds (Apple handles these, not us)
- Parental controls, Ask to Buy, Screen Time
- Resetting your progress
- Moving to a new device
- Game Center
What to put in your message
The more of this you include, the less we have to ask back:
- What happened, and what you expected instead.
- Your device — for example "iPhone 15" or "iPad Pro 11-inch".
- Your iOS version (Settings → General → About → Software Version).
- The game version — in the App Store, on the game's page under Version History.
- A screenshot, if it helps show the problem.
- For a purchase problem: the date, and what you bought.
Please do not send personal details we do not need. No full name unless you want to give it, no postal address, no date of birth, no card or bank details, and no receipt image that shows them. We cannot act on any of it, and the less of it that exists in an inbox, the better.
What happens to your email
Your message sits in the support mailbox, is read by Glimmerdragon Games, and is replied to from the same address. It is not fed into a support ticketing service, a mailing list, a customer database or an advertising tool, and it is never sold or shared. Messages are kept only as long as they are useful for support and then deleted. If you would like your email deleted sooner, ask in the message and we will.
This is a one-person project, so replies are not instant. Expect a few days. If your problem is a refund, Apple can act immediately and we cannot — go straight to reportaproblem.apple.com.
Bug reports and suggestions
Both are welcome at the same address. We do not collect crash reports or analytics of any kind, so nothing is reported automatically: if you do not tell us, we do not know.
Accessibility and other feedback
If something in the game is hard to see, hard to hear or hard to control, please say so — that is useful, specific feedback and it is acted on.
